Warranty Policy

 

At MaturePro, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify us at matureproxxx@gmail.com during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace the product free of charge. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

Products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products' user manuals. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

• Proof of purchase including the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
• Defect description.
• Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.
